From my sixteen years of experience in creating user guides, user assistance, reference manuals, hardware guides, and web sites, I have learned to keep three goals in mind:  — sketch an overall picture  — show where each task fits in that picture  — make it easy to find the steps and data required for the current task I enjoy learning new technology and new presentation tools, and I thrive on challenging projects. Also, I enjoy the interpersonal synergy required to get a product out the door—interaction with people and with teams is my favorite part of this work.
